1. Use of the App

Fity provides personalized workout programs and fitness guidance to help you stay active and healthy. While we aim to offer accurate and motivating content, we cannot see how you perform exercises. Please ensure your workouts are safe for you. If you have any doubts, consult a medical or fitness professional before starting. You are fully responsible for performing exercises correctly and safely, as well as for the results of your workouts.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. Please provide accurate and truthful information (such as your name, weight, height, and preferences). Keep your password secure - all activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Personal Data

We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy . We only request information that is necessary to personalize and safely provide your fitness experience.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials within Fity are our property. You are welcome to use them within the App, but you may not copy, distribute, or use them without our permission.

5. Transactions and Payment

Fity operates as a technology platform that connects trainers and users. The service price is determined solely by the trainer. Fity retains a service fee from each completed transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

We want you to have the best possible experience with Fity; however, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries or outcomes resulting from improper exercise execution or ignoring your physical limits. Fity is not responsible for the content or effectiveness of individual programs created by the trainer. The trainer is solely responsible for the professionalism of the advice they provide.

7. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect improvements or legal changes. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Non-Circumvention

Communication and payment between the user and the trainer must take place only within the Fity platform. Attempting to circumvent the platform to conclude a deal will result in account blocking.
